Four rules we don’t break
We keep the slot
A booking is a promise. If we’re ever running late — rare — you get a call before the slot starts, not after.
Price before work
You’ll never learn the price from the invoice. Fixed prices are agreed in writing before a tool comes off the van.
Leave it nicer
Dust sheets, shoe covers, and a proper tidy-up. We work in your home the way we’d want someone working in ours.
